    Michigan certainly did secure the bonds, not the feds.

    The bond monies can only be used on I-, US-, M-, and other roads under MDOT jurisdiction [[i.e., the monies can't be shared with counties and cities).

    The construction has been very heavy this summer in my travels within the city, etc. Sometimes orange barrels and no workers on site......

    I'm driving a compact car now which has come in handy for the narrow pathways, and severe-twisty-roads from the construction!
