Surveillance video shows man fall from Ambassador Bridge into Detroit River
Westcott security cameras captured the moment a man fell from the Ambassador Bridge into the Detroit River.
That video lacks context so here's a CBC article that fills in the details:

Great job by the Wescott guys and the bystanders who apparently alerted them to the accident!

Videos on social media showed the crew of the boat, the J.W. Westcott, immediately jumping into action to locate and pull the man from the water.

Actually the citizens at the park went up to the J.W. Westcott and beat in the windows to get their attention so they could jump into action, because they never saw the guy fall.

In the video you can see the young lady in the purple shirt getting the attention of those on the boat to help.

A few more words from Baker himself.

Iron Worker Survives 150-Foot Fall From Bridge
An ironworker plunged 150 feet into the Detroit River after falling off the Ambassador Bridge that connects Detroit, Michigan, to Canada. The 27-year-old ironworker was identified as Spencer Baker. Sam Buchanan, who works for a boating company, rushed into action to save the ironworker. The rescue boat made it back to shore with Baker very lucky to be alive. After suffering a few broken bones and a lot of bruises, the 27-year-old ironworker was released from the hospital.
