    Default Brewery Park _Why No Residential Development?

    I've always wondered why, with being so close to downtown, Brewery Park has never had any residential development. Anyone have the 411?

    There have been many more desirable areas to build until recently, plus I bet it's zoned commercial.

    They should demolish the existing building that fronts Gratiot and start again with a clean slate. The Crains building is OK since it's just a highway buffer, but all that 2-story suburban office building there is terrible.
