    The Detroit International Riverfront and 'Ren Cen' seen from Riverside Drive in Windsor. For me, as an Australian, the idea that two countries could be so close together is quite mind-boggling.

    The Comet Bar is gone. I don't think I have pictures, but it had a year round Christmas theme.

    Indeed. What's really cool is that if you stand on Ouelette Ave. in Windsor about a half mile in you get the feel that you can 'walk' straight across to join Woodward Ave of Detroit sans the river.

    I love the view of the D from the Windsor side!
