I can't get a sense from the current info whether they're planning to rehab that whole gorgeous front block on Michigan as part of the $175M projection. That part [[especially the corner building that just had a fire) on top of the industrial portion, would be absolutely transformative.

Looking at this just a few blocks up from MCS, and looking at the land just beyond down Michigan Ave where this concept could be repeated, these hyper-local mixed-use campuses feel like the perfect play for reactivating the near west side.
