    So are they're any HoJo's left in operation? I remember a few years back I saw one on the East Coast, may have been New Jersey or Massachusetts was the last one standing.

    I believe the one in Rock Ridge is still in operation.

    Bangor closed in 2016. The last remaining restaurant is in Lake George, NY. Within the past few years, I saw it featured in one of the PBS travelogues:

    Most of the online reviews rate it mediocre and "not as good as I remember". Not unusual when dabbling in nostalgia. In reality, we've probably changed more than the source of nostalgia itself, but have difficulty admitting it.
