^^^ The reason they refuse [[mayor and gov) to respond is because they don't want to be accused of siding with the bigger perceived enemy [[Trump ideology or the general politic of being a right-winger or racist).

So long as they are bound in that they are indeed very BOUND. The innocents be darned. Such is the way of it when you go down that road.

Well at least they didn't divert funding from the U.S. military to build theirs, while claiming that Mexico would pay for it. So there's that...

And that’s why they do it,because they have the support of people likeminded that justify their cause as long as they can desperately tie it to Trump.

So you have no problem with the innocents being caught up in that little foray, duly noted.

What happens when you become the innocent caught in the foray?

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...free-zone.html

    From article:

31 arrested as bulldozers crush Seattle's CHOP - police take back precinct and workers left to remove piles of trash as the 'cop-free' zone is cleared after two deadly shootings and a 525% spike in crime

    • The clean up operation began at Seattle's Capitol Hill Organized Protest [[CHOP) zone on Wednesday
    • It came after officers in riot gear issued a dispersal order at 5am and used bicycles to herd the protesters
    • Pictures show trash and debris being collected by city workers with tents and protest signs taken down
    • Mitch McConnell said the move to shut down the zone 'is several deaths too late' after two black men were shot dead.....

....Most protesters appeared to have dispersed several hours after the operations started and armed officers looked on from rooftops as clean-up crews of workers arrived to break down tables and tarps that protesters had set up in the zone.

Protester Rick Hearns used his megaphone to tell demonstrators: 'We've made history. Everybody out. We'll get another place. Don't taunt the officers.'

Officers stood shoulder-to-shoulder on several streets while others created a makeshift fence with their bicycles, using it to push protesters back away from the center of the zone.

Chief Best said: 'The CHOP has become lawless and brutal. Four shootings, two fatal, robberies, assaults, violence and countless property crimes have occurred in this several block area.'

    TIMELINE OF VIOLENCE...

June 8: Protesters occupy the area; police abandoned the precinct
June 20: A 19-year-old man is shot dead and a 33-year-old man was wounded
June 24: Nearby businesses and property owners filed a federal lawsuit against the city
June 29: Two teens shot - one fatally - in Jeep at zone's concrete barriers
June 30: Barricades at Seattle's cop-free zone are torn down as protesters replace concrete barriers with trash cans and couches
    July 1:
Early hours : Mayor Jenny Durkan demand all barriers are removed after a 525 per cent spike in violent crimes in the area
    5am: Police swarm the zone
5:30am: Eyewitnesses say officers have cleared the area
7am: Chief Carmen Best confirms police have taken back precinct

Well, this could use context. Who did the shooting, for starters.

^^^ Yeah, DM tends to leave out details [[in deference for the photos perhaps).

But let's face it, I'd not assume a right-winged conspiracy if it IS determined 'some' in-house shooting occurred.

There will be interviews, reports and discussions from those present as time goes on. All of these will not be doctored and redacted. Some will advance CHOPs agenda, others will not.

This group was not without its internal problems, strained hierarchies and failed proof tests and conflicts as noted over the last few weeks!

Obviously had there been no CHOP, there would have been zero instances of crime and violence in the city of Seattle during the same time frame. Obviously.

But I've noticed this is the trend now, ANY crime committed ANYWHERE by anyone is now 110% the fault of George Floyd Protesters/BLM/ANTIFA/<insert your liberal boogeyman here>. Because America was a crime-free paradise prior to George Floyd's death and those pesky protesters not letting the police do their jobs however they see fit with absolutely no oversight or accountability!

^^^ Yep. Another example of imbalance:

    Exaggeration vs Negation.

Which only breeds discord - keeping folks at each others throats behind monitors and keyboards, on in person towards more bad choices.

You see this with the COVID, and the uptick in crime re. the murder of George Floyd etc.

Now having said that crime is up in Chicago for certain [[not including that which is never reported). I'd debate but won't bother.

I'll just read their local news and talk to family members living there. There are many factors at play no doubt!

Violent crime in Seattle is generally pretty low, but especially in the Capitol Hill area in particular. My brother in law lives in Seattle, and said that shootings in Seattle are not particularly common, and very rare in that part of town. Four shootings in a week, in that part of town, is a LOT.

Imagine if Detroit goes through a whole summer of festivals at Hart Plaza with no issues. Then one festival comes up in September and five people are shot. Would you say there is a potential problem with Hart Plaza, or a problem with the festival?

Seattle mayor said the crime and violence in the CHOP area was up 525%.

Shootings in New York were almost triple.

Chicago? Whew,.. a train-wreck most weekends. A month ago thy had 85 in a weekend, with 24 fatal.

I don't think this violence is organic. Some of it is almost certainly pent up anger, depression, desperation etc from the lock-downs,.. but I think something more nefarious may be at play. The Marxist media is doing it's best to stoke the flames.

And now, a message from Dr. Carson. [[ < To be read in the voice of the guy that introduces "Deep Thoughts" By Jack Handy on SNL)

^^^ Reasoned words even if you do not like or have any use for Carson.

Sun Tzu for example speaks similarly about understanding and being ready for the true enemy; so as to thwart their efforts.
