Reminds us of the pandemic of 1918. Philadelphia, after their number of cases were way down, decided to have a parade. 200,000 people jammed the streets. Within days cases spiked and the hospitals became overloaded. If we don’t learn from the mistakes of the past we are bound to repeat them.
