I don't want to get into a poop flinging match, but honestly, those people would probably stand in that line for a free pen. I have a few acquaintances that gamble. Anytime someone mentions going out to eat or for a drink, the first suggestion is either a casino or somewhere near one, so we can "go there after".

Off topic but there was a guy in Miami that owned a sub shop chain,started a gambling cruise ship,you would board and they would go out past the legal line and you would gamble eat and drink all night.

In order to entice new customers when he first started it,you could easily drop $100 and win $5000,you could not lose,word spread and it became very popular,then one day his “silent partners” shot him in the head.

The only two times I ever went to a casino or even gambled,walked away with $10k and never looked back.

There is an Indian casino 1/4 mile from my house,that place is packed 24/7.

Here is some very encouraging news regarding the lingering question about the necessity of booster shots.

Immunity to the Coronavirus May Persist for Years, Scientists Find

Important immune cells survive in the bone marrow of people who were infected with the virus or were inoculated against it, new research suggests.

Immunity to the coronavirus lasts at least a year, possibly a lifetime, improving over time especially after vaccination, according to two new studies. The findings may help put to rest lingering fears that protection against the virus will be short-lived.

Together, the studies suggest that most people who have recovered from Covid-19 and who were later immunized will not need boosters....

The studies may soothe fears that immunity to the virus is transient, as is the case with coronaviruses that cause common colds....

In fact, memory B cells produced in response to infection with SARS-CoV-2 and enhanced with vaccination are so potent that they thwart even variants of the virus, negating the need for boosters....

About the only negative side to the story is this:

The result may not apply to protection derived from vaccines alone, because immune memory is likely to be organized differently after immunization, compared with that following natural infection.

That means people who have not had Covid-19 and have been immunized may eventually need a booster shot, Dr. Nussenzweig said. “That’s the kind of thing that we will know very, very soon,” he said.

If that's as negative as it gets, that's very good news indeed!

I'll gladly take a chaser shot and be done with this scourge forever!

Did the people that were packed in the casino 24/7 know we were right in the middle of a pandemic?

^ they shut down for the two months at the start but quickly reopened with safety precautions in place as per the expert CDC guidelines.

Interesting enough nobody ever declared it a super spreader site on social media like they did with the little mom and pop establishments who used the same guidelines.

But it is owned by the Indian tribe,so I am not sure how much authority the feds actually have over what they can and cannot do.

They have their own little police force and everything.

The Native American casinos in Michigan followed some of the guidelines, but I don't think they were bound to do so. They are Sovereign Nations.

Federal agencies have done a good job of getting Native-Americans vaccinated. Native-Anmericans have a higher vaccination than whites. Asian Americans are the other POC group with a higher vaccination rate than whites although there must be large differences between the vaccination rates iof different groups of Asian Americans.

I think they should stop all those studies until there is a handle on how this shit show started. I wonder if that lab is still operating now, I certainly hope it isn't.

There are actually 2 lab facilities doing the same studies in the same city there,next they will say we decided to not fund it anymore,but forget to mention funding for the other one will increase.

Funny how the truth always comes out,it was not that long ago where everybody that even mentioned a lab was considered a conspiracy theorist.

Kinda like the whole UFO thing,well okay,maybe there really is things flying about like it shows on our screen,I guess it is entirely plausible that a bat species that is over 1000 miles away and was never even sold in that market,flew there,died and somebody threw it into a frying pan and started the spread.

Its China where every breath you take is recorded,between road checks and check points there is no way anybody is allowed to make a 1000 mile trek to smuggle a bat to market.

Here in the US the general public has been able to pinpoint the exact time and place where they contracted the virus and publicly announce it,so surly the Chinese government and all of its power can do the same.Right?

But then again the US has laws about developing bio warfare on US soil so they will continue to do it in countries that can provide the facilities in a little less restricted environment,the powers that be are going to find it in their best interests for people not to know origins,what a better place then one where the government has total control.

This is a staged "exercise" that occurred in 2019. What is it supposed to prove regarding Covid? Or are you referring to the urban legends about Gates having "bought" the technology for Corona virus and then spreading it himself. That was debunked quite a while ago.

If this was a "planned" event I don't think they would have advertised it 2 years early and I also don't think the Chinese would have been stupid enough to grab a plan off the internet. What it denotes is that scientists have been dealing with similar pandemics for a long time and were trying to get a handle on what might be coming next. They are SCIENTISTS; they have an idea of what is already happening in the world. More so than your average internet surfers and conspiracy theorists.
Anyway, I've known about this conference for quite a while
