-Despite their claims, she isn't actually Lamar Lemmon's sister-in-law.
-She's 52 years old and just now started making $15/hr within the past 12 months.
-She doesn't have her own transportation to Lansing.
-She didn't campaign for the office.
-She is, in reality, a straw candidate for Lamar Lemmons.
-She has a personal bankruptcy on her record.
-She has been sued several times for various debts.
-She has a conviction for fraud on her record.
-She has acknowledged that she doesn't really know the issues.

Why, specifically, do you think that none of this is a big deal?
This all seems to be innuendo, false or irrelevant.

Why do you care about her age, the car she drives, or her salary?

If she's "unknown" and "didn't campaign" then how did she win? Are you alleging voter fraud? What's your proof?

If she doesn't live in the district, and you have proof, then why don't you file a complaint with the state?

How do you know Lamar Lemmons' family tree? What does it matter if she's supported by him? He's a former state legislator and President of Detroit Board of Education. Sounds like he has a pretty distinguished resume.

Do you believe someone is unqualified to run for office if they have a bankruptcy, have been sued, or any type of misdemeanor record? Do you reserve the same outrage for the vast number of current elected officials who have the same, starting in the White House?

Bham, you've taken a page out of the Trump playbook of deny, distract, and deceive on this one!

Everything I posted is from documented media reports as well as her own statements.

-She said that she initially declined Lemmons's request to run and only agreed to it on the day of the filing deadline.

-She stated that "she doesn't know the issues" and had LL answer questions for her during both their Free Press as well as during a radio interviews.

-LL has had several people, including her, use his address to run for offices.

-She doesn't drive a car, so that goes to the point of getting to Lansing.

-Both LL and BJA have said that Lamar's wife considers her to be "like a sister".

-34 years of financial struggles also goes to the issue of competency.

-One or two of these issues [[an unpaid bill or two, bankruptcy) shouldn't necessarily eliminate a candidate...but given the totality of her having several issues makes it a completely different matter.

-Likewise, you don't live in Detroit, so why do you care to defend the deception as well as her lack of qualifications? You would certainly not to do the same if she was a candidate in Birmingham.
