The Trump Organization got a restraining order against Daniels to prevent her from speaking to the press about her relationship with Trump, claiming that she is legally prohibited from doing so as part of the Non-Disclosure Agreement she signed in exchange for $130,000.

Well Clinton was impeached by the House, but not convicted by the Senate [[it's a two-step process). I suspect that if the House ever seriously considers impeaching Trump, the offenses will be far far far more serious and far far far more reaching than just a single count of lying under oath in a civil suit.

In terms of the Stormy Daniels case alone, the $130,000 payment [[less than two weeks before the election) may have violated campaign finance laws if it was intended to benefit Trump's Presidential campaign and Trump was aware of it.

Daniels has Trump boxed in. She's sued him in court, which now means Trump has two options:

1) Admit he's "David Dennison" in order to retain the protections of the NDA. If he does that, he can keep her from talking but by doing so, he de facto publicly admits that he had an affair with Stormy Daniels and that he's been covering this up and lying about it to the American people this whole time.

2) Deny he's "David Dennison", in which case he's no longer protected by the NDA. After all, Stormy was paid $130,000 by Trump's personal lawyer not to talk about her relationship with "David Dennison" [[whoever that might be) and NOT Donald Trump, so if he's not David Dennison, then Stormy Daniels can say whatever she wants about her and Trump as well as share any "artistic media, text messages, Instagram messages, Facebook postings, or any other type of creation by DD."

Now, that last part is really important, because that text was specifically included in the NDA and would seemingly imply that Stormy Daniels is in possession of digital communications of a "compromising" nature.

There’s a lot of sub standard areas of Pompano Beach, I don’t think there is a whole lot of blight in the sense were used to in some Detroit neighborhoods, but there are run down areas. The beach front area is very nice, the development I’m in [[Palm Aire) is also really nice, reasonably priced and very well managed.
