SouthEast Michigan can , and should, stop the use of combined sewer systems. Allowing rainwater to inundate and overwhelm the sewage pipes has to end. One system for stormwater - and a separate system for toilet water. The toilet water gets cleansed, purified, treated and released back to nature as "pure" as possible.
OAKLAND COUNTY has not evolved, maintained status quo, and is behind the times.
