You can however amend the Constitution to make regulating healthcare and abortions, not always the same, to be federally delegated powers. It's scary realizing there are people who think they have a right to ignore the Constitution when means are available to change it. Things like wokeness and Marxism are secular versions of or very much like religion substitutes. Talking about "what women can do with their own bodies", Democrats tried to expand registration for the Selective Service to include women . But men can shower in the women's locker room and women have no say about that according to the same folks who want to register women.
