Trump announced that he was invited by the New York Yankees to throw out the first pitch before their August 15 game at Yankee Stadium and that he had to cancel the invitation due to his busy schedule. One problem though...he was never invited to throw out the first pitch by the Yankees on August 15. Trump's "announcement" came as a surprise to both the Yankees Organization [[who never made such a request) and the White House [[who were similarly unaware of any such invitation or planned event). Trump simply made the whole thing up, reportedly out of jealously that Anthony Fauci got to throw out the first pitch before the Washington Nationals' season home opener.

Republicans are trying to ratf*ck the election with a Kanye third-party bid...and they're cheating in order to do it.

At least six Republican operatives, including a Trump lawyer, are spearheading the efforts to get Kanye on the ballot. One of the GOP operatives leading the effort to gather signatures on Kanye's behalf to get him ballot access, Mark Jacoby, plead guilty to voter fraud in California in 2008 while he was working for the California GOP.

And it's already starting to show. Kanye's campaign withdrew their attempt to get on the New Jersey ballot after it was pointed out that many of the signatures they submitted were clearly fraudulent.

Just today, Kanye's petition to get on the ballot in his home state of Illinois was rejected after many of the signatures he submitted were ruled invalid and thus put him below the minimum required amount. Also his petition to get on the ballot in the crucial swing state of Wisconsin was challenged by Democrats after more fraudulent signatures were discovered on his petition. Among the signatures that were hand delivered by a Trump Campaign lawyer named Lane Ruhland to the Wisconsin Election Commission were signatures for Bernie Sanders and Mickey Mouse. Other Wisconsin voters signed affidavits claiming that those collecting signatures for Kanye's bid lied about the petition they were signing.

So in summary, we have Republicans and members of the Trump Campaign openly colluding to get Kanye on the ballot, and they're committing election fraud to do it. Thankfully, they're so inept at it, that they're mostly failing at it.

Trump's 2020 Hail Mary pass: Re-elect him and he'll get rid of Social Security and Medicare.

    https://www.startribune.com/trump-pr...ted/572059892/

Trump pledged, if re-elected, to permanently abolish the Social Security and Medicare payroll tax. That's good news if you're a young working adult, you get to keep the 7.6% in your gross pay that is taken out to pay into Social Security and Medicare. Not so great news if you're an old person, since you pay nothing in payroll tax if you don't work and many of them rely on Medicare and Social Security to you know...NOT DIE.

Without the payroll taxes to fund them, these programs become rapidly insolvent. Hard to see what Trump's Big Brilliant strategy is here, since old people vote reliably and are viciously protective of Social Security and Medicare.

It's a bold strategy Cotton, let's see how it plays out in November.

... Until you're not. At that point you will no longer have a claim to those benefits. And if you believe the private sector won't steal the alternative, your savings, well, that's the Brooklyn Bridge Trump's trying sell.

Good luck surviving Social Insecurity, youth of tomorrow!

Why are you purposely spreading fake and false information?

He was referring to deferral of the payroll tax to the end of the year will be made permanent. It will be forgiven. The tax is not going away.

^ nobody ever is,that is the point of it all,if everybody agreed with everybody we would be a dictatorship.

Imagine if social media was around when Roosevelt refused to give direct cash relief to the citizens during the depression, look at now how people react when their check in the mail is late.

There has never been a president elected in this country that did not have their skeletons or quirks,at the end of the day it is about, what did they accomplish for the good of the country as a whole.

The rest is just all window dressing.

Ask yourself Richard. Why bother someone else when YOU are the liar?

Trump said himself that cuts to Social Security were “on the table” back in January of this year.

You can always tell the ones that have zero clue on how to negotiate in business, that is why we will always have leaders and followers.

Sense you really have no clue about how to negotiate, maybe through no fault of your own but you always start out negotiating with everything laid out on the table.

Its called a starting point for negotiations,if you ever took the time to actually watch how Trump starts negotiations you may learn something.

But hey he is a billionaire that is a president,I am sure you are way smarter then he is and a trillionair.

Thats the problem with most people and why they are not successful and look for reasons to blame everybody else.

If you refuse to be the grasshopper starting out you will spend your life getting run over by the lawnmower.

Everybody is a political expert but yet seems to have no clue that 90% of politics is based on negotiations. That is the way the system was set up.

    Exactly.
He lies, lies, lies, and lies about his lies.
Everyone who calls him out he calls a liar.
His goal is we arrive in the middle, at a place where we believe everyone is a liar.
    It's the strategy of dictators.
Richard is just following his leader.

^ so the left is the party of dictatorship?

you guys have been spending 24/7 for the last 3.5 years trying to find any reason to get him out of office.

Unsuccessfully at that,so who is really the problem?

You actions have resulted in multiple failures.

His actions have resulted in a better country.

Do you honestly believe that obsessive compulsiveness with everything he says is a winning formula?

How many times must one fail before they start to realize that maybe they are the problem and not their target?

Maybe Obama never lied but he did throw millions out on the street and helped wipe out millions of others life savings, for his buddies.

Like he said - you did not build that - so he took it.

Detroit has 10,000 shovel ready projects, remind me of how much stimulus money Obama sent to Detroit? Zero

How many Detroiters collected stimulus funds so far from the current administration, you did not hate Trump that bad that you sent it back, but you loved and supported Obama, because he whispered sweet nothings in your ear as he bent you over.

    Actions speak louder then words.

Not sure why people are so triggered about what he says,no matter what he says will trigger you,so why act like you are shocked when you here something you do not like.

To many fake people in this world trying to create division then placing blame on everybody else.

Influenza epidemics spread so rapidly and last such a short time in a given community that weekly death rates are essential to give a realistic picture of the true excess mortality that occurs during a given epidemic, the true duration of the epidemic, and other characteristics of the disease. However, in the United States, deaths from influenza and pneumonia were not generally tabulated by weeks prior to September 1918, when the great pandemic began; therefore, excess deaths in epidemics before that time can be measured by monthly data only. The earliest records now available for any State in the United States are deaths by months from influenza and pneumonia in Massachusetts. These monthly excess death rates [[annual basis) are shown in the two top sections of figure 46 for the years 1887 to 1910, inclusive, during which time 12 small and moderate-sized outbreaks occurred; the larger ones include those with peaks in January 1890, December-January 1891-92, January 1899, and March 1900.
Figure 46 also shows influenza and pneumonia excess death rates, by months, in a group of 35 large cities in the United States from January
    --52--
1910 through August 1918, during which period 3 epidemics occurred with peaks in January 1916, January 1917, and April 1918. Beginning with September 1918, data for the same group of 35 cities are shown by weeks to the end of 1921. Starting with January 1922 [[fig. 46), the record is continued by weeks for a group of 90 representative cities to the end of 1942, after which time the data are shown by weeks for a group of 56 large cities to the end of 1950, at which time 6 cities were added to make 62 cities carried until early in 1956.

    http://www.ibiblio.org/hyperwar/AMH/...Influenza.html

Ended with WW2,because 1945 was when the vaccine was approved for use on civilians,it was used on military in the field before then, how many nowadays would be willing to go into battle after receiving a flu shot, you do not get any time outs during battle and the shot made soldiers sick,so yea they probably would have ended the war just to not get the shot.

anybody that does not agree with some are automatically considered spinning, good little dictators.

what the hell is a picuki ? Judging from the comments it appears to be a breeding ground of hate,or some seriously triggered TDS.

I will never respect a Trump supporter. Ever. If you agree with the idiocy he spews - or choose to believe him when he says he didn't something the day before where he is on video - you are to stupid to live. If you know and understood how stupid the things he says are, then you have the intelligence to understand that he has not done jack shit for this country, and the ONLY "rational" reason you support him is because you share his vile, hate-filled vision of the world, which makes you every bit the vile piece of shit Trump is.
