Military Vets Get Real About Removing Trump From Office If He Refuses To Leave

Army Vets penned a letter to the Joint Chiefs instructing them to be ready to remove Trump from office if he refuses to leave the office.

"John Nagl, a retired Army officer, and Paul Yingling, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, penned an open letter to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley — warning him that President Donald Trump might refuse to leave office in November and that the U.S. military must be prepared to remove him.

Nagl and Yingling pointed out that because of Trump’s history in office and “a dangerous confluence of circumstances,” the 45th president may attempt to stay in office past his term, noting that Milley will have to make a choice come November.

“We do not live in ordinary times. The President of the United States is actively subverting our electoral system, threatening to remain in office in defiance of our Constitution,” they wrote. “In a few months’ time, you may have to choose between defying a lawless president or betraying your Constitutional oath.”

In Madison WI where I live, BLM and its white antifa parasites have been a net negative. Madison's showcase State Street connecting the University and Capitol is still largely boarded up although the City paid some money to have bright pictures painted on the plywood making State Street look like a Disney version of Detroit. On June 24, a BLM protest, that's what the WI State Journal called it, attacked and demolished a feminist and abolitionist stature on the grounds of the State Capitol. This process went on for four hours while our Democratic Governor and Mayor had a good night's sleep. Since the destruction, our competent police chief quit and violent crimes have surged. When I voted on Tuesday, there were a number of police and rescue vehicles a couple of blocks ahead. It turned out to be some 13 years olds who stole a car and then involved it in a head on collision. An 11 year old black girl was shot in the head in a crossfire a couple of days ago. This is change.

Those are the changes that I see that antfa, BLM, and our Democratic elected officials have brought to Madison since BLM showed up. I'm good with ending police excesses which BLM supports but otherwise the Marxist led organization, where the donations go, known as BLM Global Network and its leftist antifa anarchist companions have seemingly brought violence and destruction to Madison.

Donald Trump went on Fox News yesterday and claimed that AOC was a "poor student" in college and not intelligent.

AOC responded by saying that she'll release her college transcripts if Trump will release his, so the public can see which one of them had a higher GPA.

Kamala Harris was born in Oakland and therefore has been a citizen since birth and never later needed to become naturalized. She is therefore a natural born Citizen, not a naturalized Citizen. She is eligible to become President.

The only legitimate question about eligibility has concerned US Citizens who were born abroad. [[By legitimate I mean a question debated by actual experts of Constitutional law.)

Ted Cruz was born in Canada to a US Citizen mother and a Canadian father, and faced this question. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone to US citizen parents and did too.

The conclusions in the article aren't supported by the links they themselves reference.


As an example,.. they state in the article that,..

The court ordered Wong Kim Ark to be discharged, upon the ground that he was a citizen of the United States. 1 Fed.Rep. 382. The United States appealed to this court, and the appellee was admitted to bail pending the appeal.

Notice it says the court concluded that Wong Kim Ark was a CITIZEN,.. and never declares him a Natural Born Citizen.

You can't just read the headlines.


And the Harvard Law Review is just a newspaper written by students,.. it's not a court of law. And that last link is just silly. A phony Fact Check by an anonymous writer at the Socialist rag USA today. Hardly a source of news, let alone a court of law.

This is a matter for the courts to decide.

The GOP-led Senate Intelligence Committee released their final report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and it has unearthed even more Trump-Russia connections than we were aware of from the Mueller Report.

-Donald Trump's Campaign Manager Paul Manafort was OPENLY working with Russian Intelligence and even feeding them insider info from the Trump Campaign. The report labeled Manafort's collusion with Russian intelligence to be, and this is a direct quote, "a grave counterintelligence threat.”

-The Trump Campaign used Roger Stone as an intermediary with Wikileaks to keep their hands clean. Stone would communicate to the Trump Campaign to give them a heads up in advance when Wikileaks would publish Russian-hacked information that was damaging to Hillary Clinton.

-Donald Trump Jr, Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, Erik Prince and others gave "misleading testimony" under oath before the Senate Intelligence Committee [[i.e. they committed perjury to hide their crimes). It was bad enough that the GOP-controlled committee referred these individuals to the Justice Department for criminal investigation into perjury. You can guess what Bill Barr did with that referral.

Good news for the Cultists though, the report found no conclusive evidence that tied Donald Trump directly to the Russian efforts to interfere on his behalf, so you can crow about that if you like. For me, the takeaway here is that if Joe Biden gets elected, then his new Attorney General Preet Bharara can pick up that criminal referral from the Senate and charge Trump Jr and Kushner and the rest with felony counts of lying under oath.
