You think educators are better managers than political hacks? We have a real scandal here in Broward County on tons of money spent to upgrade schools and they are still leaking and full of mold.

Not necessarily, but that's not the question or the topic. Back to the original topic, I'm interested in problems related to the "public higher education world" and lateness with construction projects.

Ficano & the New Jailers = public construction project

Ilitch & the HQ = private construction

Which one do you think will get this done closer to on-time and on-budget? F&NJ or I&HQ?

You claimed this clause would improve the "public higher education world".

I'm honestly curious as to why that's the case, especially in comparison to other sectors. I'm interested in rampant lateness with public higher ed construction projects.

I am truly curious. We may just be misunderstanding one another.
