If you were to purchase a house, which of these neighborhoods would you choose and why? Do you see an upward trend in home value?

Ave of fashion has great potential for a mixed use corridor [[bagley+), though Palmer park at Woodward could eventually get fixed rail up Woodward [[Martin park+)...If Martin park were to get security services from UDM...like midtown gets from Wayne state, I would go toward Martin park because you're centrally located between gateway place, Ave of fashion, and close to Woodward/Palmer park. Downside of Martin park is adjacency to highland park

Martin Park is where is I grew up. Beautiful neighborhood filled with mixture of brick homes mostly colonials and family flats. Close to U of D Mercy with a few college frat houses along Fairfield St. Gesu School and Catholic Church was the place to send your kids. Halley Magnet Middle School on Linwood St. is the school for well behaved learning ready kids. And a few mom and pop businesses along Livernois Ave. and McNichols St.
