I think the city's money is capped and limited directly to the arena [[and infrastructure) and not ancillary development like parking structures, etc.

As someone posted, this is not new. Nice that it is being announced and reported on, but it has always been a big cog, namely, get, as was mentioned, a parking structure to replace parking spaces lost to the new apartments.

The big question is retail and appearance. I've seen nice parking garages. I've seen... [[not too nice).

As has been discussed, there are reported plans for THREE new parking structures not counting that which is connected with the arena: 1). this one. 2). One at Henry and I believe Clifford, and 3). I guess rumored, not reported, one by Clifford and Montcalm.

Should be plenty of garage parking for baseball games or arena events.
