I guess it's to each his/her own as far as Warren.
If you're a retiree/senior or a "salt of the earth" blue collar guy/gal that isn't pressed about all of the art and cultural activites found in the city or suburbs like Royal Oak / Birmingham, it wouldn't be a bad place to live
