How many believe routine PM maintenance was "ever" provided, I mean ever........next, who in the D would you contact [[dept) if the PM broke down & how long [[days) would it take for somebody to actually arrive......hhmmmmmmm.

I took the PM this AM. My usual stop is the Times Square station [where the derailment occurred]. The PM hesitated and slowed a couple of times approaching the station and the robot voice said "The next station is..." [and didn't finish] instead it blew through the station.
The next station is Grand Circus but that has been and still is closed during the Whitney renovations [wonder when that is coming back and why it hasn't already...].
So I ended up at the Broadway Station. Not too far of a walk up Clifford to the Michigan Building but be advised.
I thought it was just me... I was on the PM yesterday afternoon and noticed the thing BLEW thru a stop not saying a word. The police were heavy making sure no one stepped over the blue line etc.
It had been saying "the next station is..." without finishing after leaving Times Square since Grand Circus has been closed. So now, it's not stopping at Times Square either.
Which begs the question of why it can't stop at Times Square and how long that station will be out of service. And when will Grand Circus Park open up again? The David Whitney Building is open. I thought the station was supposed to reopen in January but it doesn't look like any further work has been done since October.
At this rate, the M1 rail will be running first before all stations on the People Mover reopen.
