Cheap Residential Wireless in Detroit

I don't have a television at home and I don't have a landline phone. I use an iphone with integral wireless.

I have a very emotionally disturbed neighbor [[a widow living alone) who has bum-rushed me and assaulted me twice. She got off charges both times, even though there were several witnesses that the attacks unprovoked, because she has a very convincing old-lady act and she also intimates that its just a "cat-fight." Cops happy to walk away!

Anyway, she talks for 20 hours a day on the porch to herself about how much she hates me [[I am SO, INSANELY jealous of her!)and she is working herself up to jump me again.

I have a roof-mounted alarm system wired in [[not a subscription - just a horn ) but I think I need a camera to capture her threats and aggressive behaviors.

I need wireless service to have cameras [[I think) and I hope for some advice for the most cheap carrier that I can get it from, since I don't have anything to "bundle."

Are there any cheaper wireless providers that aren't the brands like ATT and Comcast?

Of course I should move - it would be less stressful all around, but I own my home free and clear, I'm only a few years from retirement and it is easier to indulge in magical thinking that she will kick the bucket, drink herself to death or overdose on her methadone.

So, until she does, I need a camera!
