Honestly, $400K doesn't seem like a ton of money in the grand scheme of things to a grocery store/deli that would be pretty heavily trafficked. How much revenue does a 15K sq ft store bring in for a week?

I thought it was 4 Million over budget before it even started construction

Thanks for posting the one article Novack, i belive that than the ones the crain had, I work in th FNB,they were even doing work in the back of the building to move Subway and the others stores back were they moved the drugstore, just hope something good goes into the space,
