Again, not true, at all. There is no "prestige" whatsoever to domicile decisions. Fancy companies are often domiciled in dirt-poor Caribbean countries for tax/liability reasons.
And in any case, the UK is not a more "prestigious" location than the U.S. You are comparing two first world nations. This is a pure tax move.
