Just like Kilpatrick; -$84 million later.When you are the Mayor, you get to make these decisions. I don't know if Toliver was making progress or not. But I don't care. We didn't elect Toliver, we elected Duggan.
Duggan made a decision. Why? We don't know. So defending Toliver is besides the point. Our Mayor has a job to do. Let him do it without constant criticism.
If Duggan fails, then vote him out of office.
