It would be short sighted to put low density housing there. We really need to stop the nostalga for "what used to be there", which by the way was grand Victorian homes for the wealthy. The neighborhood should be a medium to high density area not a subdivision. Lower density development would be better in North End or Near East Side or other lower-density areas, not Dowtown. We don't need another crosswinds. And I don't give a crap about what is built near Hall Road.
