    I always knew Rosedale to be north of Grand River to McNichols west of Southfield to Evergreen. There were a few that used 'South Rosedale' down to Fenkell.


    Grandmont was south of Grand River to Schoolcraft and east of Southfield. In a lot of ways it focused on the St. Mary's parish area.

    To me, Grandmont and Rosedale were never connected in any way.

    In Detroit, crime is an epidemic. You more getting robbed, raped, stabbed and conned in its ghettos more than in the suburbs. Walking the hood is not what it used to be. When you have less police in the streets and hoodlums come out and play. Here,s what you do to take back your streets:

    1. Change the home

    2. Change the family structure

    3. Change the children

    4. Change the neighborhoods

    5. Start a block club

    People can create a better safer Detroit if the follow these simple rules.
