Read the paper for crime at Somerset. I'm not making this up. Past few years it's full of trash loitering and being obnoxious. My mother's friends don't feel safe going there on a weekend afternoon.
A mall can be busy and have high occupancy rates but it doesn't mean it isn't showing signs of looming despair.
