Didn't Charles Pugh live in Brush Park in those new condos off Woodward? Haven't they been selling for under 80k?

I would love to see the rebirth of Brush Park continue with high quality 3-4 story multi unit town homes like wolverine pictured [[from chicago's Lincoln Park) with parking access from the alleys. This will create immense excitement for the neighborhood and make it a wildly popular place to live and invest in for some time. I believe there is demand for that level of luxury in medium density.

The issue with building new single family homes in Brush Park is that it will be far too expensive to build a quality of house that will match the material and design quality of the original neighborhood. It will be far more feasible with medium density.

Also, don't we have enough single family homes in this area/city? I think a 3-4 story medium density neighborhood is very comfortable and fits well with human scale. Density baby, density!
