Default Detroit Catering Ideas - Help!

I'm getting married in March next year and am looking for suggestions for Detroit caterers. I'm totally uninspired by typical wedding food, so even out of the box ideas are welcome. Detroit-themed food would be excellent. Thanks in advance!

Yes, we looked into that, but it's a little pricey, albeit delicious. Any other suggestions?

    Try Jackson Five Star Catering

They are excellent and rate well on yelp.com. I've used them and have large large functions catered by Jackson Five Star Catering.

Jackson Five Star Catering was located in Detroit for many, many years right next to Bakers Keyboard Lounge - they've only recently relocated to Ferndale, MI.

We've used Omnivous Catering by Brent Foster. Excellent variety. It met our "out of box" demands.
