gthomas, that building is where bates street was recently put-in. under bates street is a giant pipe that drains the water from City Streets known as the Bates Outfall. It is what delayed the [[missing from the pic) terminal because it needed reconstruction. I would doubt they would ever build a building in that location.

Where are the original renderings of the Ren Cen/OCP fortress from back in the day? Tried to find those but couldn't. Had all the cylinder shaped concrete berms and what not if I remember correctly.
