So you honestly think someone's going to buy a plane ticket and book a hotel room so they can visit one of the city's skanky, hole-in-the-wall strip clubs? One MIGHT make an argument if we had Vegas-style, high-end establishments, but Detroit?

Yes. Posts #28 and #34 sum it up pretty well. With proper regulation and legislation in effect [[such as the casinos) the city could take lemons and turn them into Lemonade Kool-Aid.
