A West Village question...

Is anyone familiar with the Parkstone/Parkhurst Apartments located in West Village on Parker Street? I'm really more interested in downtown, however, the prices [[that include utilities) are excellent and with recent upgrades, the units themselves look really nice.

Any information on the apartments or neighborhood [[1415 Parker Street) would be much appreciated!

I happened to live on Parker right next door to the Parkhurst many years ago, so I have no current information. I know that the 'Hurst was more modest than the 'Stone, but it was a great neighborhood to live in. I'm sure there are WV residents on hear with current info for you.

The individual apartments in the Parkstone can be quite nice. They range in size from studios to two bedroom, two bath units. Some of the smaller units could be combined to make larger apartments. Some of the larger apartments have fireplaces [[although they don't show up on the plans that I'm posting).

I wish the owner would allow cafes and boutiques to open in the empty storefronts on Agnes street side of the complex
