This apartment [[or its mirror image) would be a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, corner apartment in the Jeffersonian. If it were on the SW corner, it would face both the river and have, at least from the higher floors, a straight shot down the river past Belle Isle to downtown. Also there is ~30 ft balcony on the river side which continued to ~40 ft facing west.
I remember there being an apartment on an upper floor that combined the 2 units on the south end of the building thus creating a ~2,400 sq ft river facing residence.
Here's a floor plan of a typical floor at the Jeffersonian. Sorry for the poor quality; I'm doing the best I can with what I've got.
As built, the building contained 417 apartments, mostly 2 bedroom units followed by 1 bedroom apartments. There were no studios. Every floor had its own laundry room. When it was built, it was Michigan's tallest reinforced concrete structure.
The views from the east side of the building, while perhaps not as exciting as those to the west, are really delightful. You overlook the Berry Subdivision and then past Belle Isle out to Lake St. Clair. Plus you get wonderful sunrises in the east.

115 just sold recently for around 800k. Any idea why the roof on of those two houses ended up flat? Appears in the drawing a third floor is missing from the final product. [[although the hot tub on the roof of 115 is pretty cool)
