    Macomb County:

Drive down Belleview Street east of Gratiot in Mt. Clemens and you will find several regal homes. I know nothing about the designers, but was surprised to see the homes in that location. Also, on east side of Mound just before 12 Mile, one will find a mysterious Tudor home, which was designed for a doctor. There was an article about it years ago as well as a thread on here.

Thx for the info. Belleview is on the list but who knows when I will get to it. Great reminder on the tudor on Mound I have seen it many times but never have actually "looked" at it.

I grew up in Ann Arbor less than a mile from Tuomy Hills and remember it when it was still a Standard [[Amoco) station. The stretch of Washtenaw between Stadium, where this is located, and Hill St has some magnificent homes as do the neighborhoods surrounding it.

Its a very nice area. My great uncle was a professor at Uof M. He and my great aunt lived on Norway from the 1920's til her death in the early 90's.
