I do photography in Detroit and a while back found an abandoned house with an array of junk in the front, like dolls, an awning, etc. I'm guessing it is either a memorial or urban art. Anybody know what the real intent of it is?

Here's the Google Street View link.
Odd. It's surrounded by twin newer secure residential buildings.
Someone lives there, its an old man who presumably owns the house and also has 2 dogs. He fishes at the river daily for food, he'll take 5 bucks for a few fish that he will scale for you. however, he has a speech impediment and is hard to talk to. But everybody in the neighborhood knows him and doesn't bother him. I remember him in a fuss with the developers of the apartment building because they wanted him to keep his clutter under control, or buy him out...they eventually built around him.
