America will miss the greatest teenager in the United States. Dick Clark fused pop-culture music into his bandstand performaces. If it wasn't for him, There would be no MTV, VH1, Motown, Beatles, the hippie and flower children counterculture movement, rap. Clark kept "Rock n Roll" alive after The Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and The Big Bopper passed away. He made Elvis king and brought disco groovin'. Thank-you Dick Clark for Making American Music and pop-culture a reality.

    The Street Prophets salute you.
