Need to find a good person to refinish my hardwood floors

Hi,

I don't know if I'm posting in the right place, if not please let me know. Well, I bought a fixer upper in the oak park area and the red oak hardwood floors need refinishing, I was going to do it with a friend but the last time we did this it didn't come out as well as I hoped. I got some quotes from companies and they're coming up pretty expensive and my budget is running low, the only way that I might go with a company is if it's a sure thing that they will do an amazing job, so I might consider that company but afraid to spend all that money and not get the best results when I'm low on funds. I was hoping to find someone in that business that is good and can do some money on the side doing this. Any recommendations?
