Yoga in Downtown Area?

Looking for a good place that offers drop in yoga in the downtown area. Preferably with bikram/vinyasa capabilities, but that's not a deal breaker.

Micha or Shawn at the Flyhouse in Eastern Market would be my first choice...they offer more than the aerial they're better known for.

I don't have contact information for them...but will do a search for ya when I have the time.
