Now that the media has been zeroing in on Kennedy I will re-link the article that I did about a month ago. I don't know how this decision will turn out. I am somewhat in agreement with the article but I do know that the vote will be 5-4 one way or another. I do not think that if the law is found unconstitutional Obama's chances for re-election will be hurt. I'm sure that his people are putting/will have something in place as a plan B in case the plan is stuck down.

If by chance the folks on the right win this battle, you might rue the day, since this will give the folks on the left and middle the sign to go after universal health care really, really hard.

Anybody else hear Bob Sedler's commentary on Craig Fahle's show today? It was interesting. He says he can't tell which way Kennedy will go for sure, but advanced a couple of theories for either way.
