Stretching along Woodward Avenue through the heart of Detroit's Cultural Center the celebration is a growing and popular two-night event.

    Nah I am not that much of a cranky old man. I only get mad when they use the house for a backstop or are dribbling basketballs in my driveway. ting ting ting....
