    What: Java Junket V bicycle ride
    When: Saturday, November 12, 2011
    Starting time: 9 AM sharp
    Approximate ending time: 12 noon
    Length of ride: Approximately 11 leisurely miles
    Pace: Relaxed non-competitive touring pace, suitable for all!
    Helmets: Required!!!!

    Starting point: Biggby's Coffee Shop, 4501 Woodward Ave., adjacent to Wayne State University. This is an encore of last year's Java Junket starting point!

    Parking: For cars and other people cages, parking is available on the street and in the parking lot to the rear of Biggby's.

    Cost: FREE! But bring cash for refreshments at our stops!

    Rain/Snow Date: NONE! The ride will go on regardless of rain, snow, sleet, mislabeled seafood, NBA lockouts, or political scandals.

    Our scheduled stops include our friend Jordi's Cafe con Leche at its Vernor Ave digs directly accross from Clark Park in Mexicantown. Additional stops are: Biggby's on Woodward in Midtown, the Astro on Michigan Avenue [[same block as Slow's) in Corktown, Thistle on Second Ave in Midtown, and 14 East on the ground floor of the Park Shelton next to the Detroit Institute of Arts.
