    The original song used it the Faygo boat song made no mention of Faygo and was changed for the commercial....

    I recall the hearing about the Feigenson's. They had a home in Detroit before leaving. Nice photo!

    I do give Faygoa1history a lot of credit... he had to do a lot of digging thru the threads to find all of the ones related to Faygo.

    If they are all merged, it [[plus Faygoa1history's Facebook page) will make for a nice repository of knowledge on the subject!

    Met the guy responsible for the Faygo Root Beer commercial - Which Way Did He Go - he was very proud to be a part of Faygo, even after the company got sold. they were bottling orange pop that day and even though I was wearing the necessary safety gear, I was covered with the over spray. Still in all, it was a good experience. He was even proud that they were located in a former Coco Cola building.

    If you ask for "pop" down south like in Texas they look at ya like your weird......they call it soda. So then I give 'em my Canadian accent.....'Eh Ya' got no pop 'eh? I love Rock N' Rye btw!!!!
