My point exactly.
Based on this analysis we didn't do that bad compared to 2015. A lot of major cities saw bigger increases in murders last year including Chicago which almost doubled!!
...
Very interesting. The link to the full report is at the end of the article.

I'm SO happy about this! I will use it often.
My daughter who is a student at Edison told me yesterday that it is indeed their field. It was confirmed by a staff member so I don't know reliable the info is.
ETA: She says there is now a poster...
I pass by there frequently and was wondering the same thing. I thought it might have something to do with Recovery Park but I'm not sure....
Looks like it only got one bid.
That had to be terrifying!

If the house was sold at auction I believe there is a six month redemption period from the date of sale. So I think they should have at least six months.
I've been following the Wayne County Auction and was surprised when someone bid on the blight bundle which was designed for no one to bid on. Do you think this could be good for the City?...
He's a world known designer with 17 stores across world. I got this info off of a news reporter's twitter. ...
I will be getting a "Detroiter by Choice" tee :) But yeah that is a lot of stuff but we're catching up from the down years I guess?
Great news! A little bigger news than Fox 2 News unveiling their new camera mounted to a building in downtown Detroit.
Whoa! As of 12.00 pm today the bidding is at 50,700!
Sounds interesting.

It's been reported that the BE houses will have a nine month deadline for repairs....
Those two houses on Devonshire are in Morningside. Sadly we don't take care of our vacant houses like EEV does. These probably wont get the same amount of bids as the EEV houses did.
Thanks Spartan!
Strange. Before I left the house around 3:30 the bid was up to 46000 now its listed as the winning bid being 34100.
