Did anyone else notice the building near Gratiot and Russell that was just demolished? It was north of Gratiot, east of Russell. Just south of Germack's.

Victory Way Assembly Church of God at Vancourt and Tireman.

I've noticed work on 4 Palmer Park apartment buildings lately, not including LaVogue Square. So glad to see it!

Wow bummer. That entryway on Forest is awesome.

Lafayette Parker here. Lafayette Foods is a very nice place, clean, has what I need. My only problem is the prices. So sometimes I will just go nextdoor to shop.

Amazing how fast the place got scrapped and trashed. The first time I went there all the windows were still intact. So sad..

Awesome! I've frequented the Olga's in Canton quite a bit when visiting family/friends. So glad we are getting one downtown.

The Oakwood Heights fire station I posted a photo of in post #268 has been destroyed by fire. Here is a quick before and after.

The water and sewerage dept were there today, looks like they finally fixed those leaking pipes in the basement beneath the offices.

I always thought this was an awesome building.
