Thank you, it's good to be back. I couldn't remember my password lol. I feel ashamed for even posting this thread, but then again, I never had to get a hotel in Detroit, especially with kids.
I'm coming home in August, and with family. I want to stay downtown, and have been trying to figure the best hotel to stay in, to accommodate a family of 5. Do you all have any suggestions? Does...
I'm not sure ignoring things EVER is a good answer. The worst thing to ever do in a bad situation is "nothing".
So that's Mickey Mouse and Cthulu's love child?
Everybody is so easily triggered now. Really though, I still can’t believe how hard people take up for the Turd in the Whitehouse.
Whether you're a gamer or not, I think most people should find this interesting. It's a futuristic sci fi game that takes place in Detroit.

I hope something awesome gets built in this site.
Seeing that 30 for 30 made me hate the Bulls ALLLL over again. I've been thinking about trying to watch Bulls Basketball since I've been living in Chicago for 5 years now, but I just can't do it.
Carlita was NEVER small, but I'm sure those Texas sized portions didn't help.
This whole thing reminds me of John Spano, and him trying to swindle a sport franchise with no money.
It really did get to the point for me where I refused to shop at certain corner stores for getting similar treatment.
Absolutely terrible

I agree, it's also done in Manhattan, and Vienna AU. I'd personally love to see it in more cities
...
It's his second roll [[that I know) of him playing a Detroiter, his first was in "Hung". And I didn't know it until this year, but dude is British.
He escaped the zombie Apocalypse, and found safety in Detroit. It's kind of funny when you think about about it.
I DO agree with you ... but you never know.
AMC generally doesn't make crap shows, I think this one might have some promise. This show will be premiering this summer.

Just great, BW3 opens on the same day the world ends. Typical Detroit stuff right there.
I tell people ALL the time that the nickname "Windy City" is about politics, and not weather, and people think I'm crazy.
I kind of wish you WOULD name the restaurant, that is horrifying.
"Do you really need to check your gmail while you're taking a shit?"
And what do YOU do sir while you're checking your Gmail?
The brown line at Kedzie is what you're thinking of I think.
I would love it if this turned into a full on Resort with a complete with a rundown zombie hotel, and the patrons would have to fight there way to the other local attractions.
