On their Facebook page as of 4/11, they said only 25 units were left. So if that was true, the market certainly seems to think the prices are reasonable.

I agree that it's bittersweet. A lot of the original details were lost, but at least it's not being turned into yet another vacant lot.

Great news that the restoration is underway. I was sad to see the state of the building last year when I was back for a visit and was attending a service at the nearby First Unitarian Church.
