Concrete polishing! Know anyone that does it?

After the long pro and con thing...I have decided I want the den floor polished. I have an old dog that doesn't always make it to the outside in time and the carpet, no matter how many times I've had it cleaned, it still gives me the "heebie jeebies". Does anyone know of a person or company, that they can personally recommend, that polishes concrete floor? There are a few on the internet but none have blown me away with their websites or photos. It's always better to have a good referral anyway. Never in a million years did I think there was a benefit to living on a concrete slab but I love the look. Add a small, inexpensive area rug and life is good!
