20 TRILLION dollars in debt & we're giving 40 BILLION to Israel. Why?

WASHINGTON, June 14 [[UPI) -- U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice said the proposed military aid package to Israel is larger than any the United States has ever offered to any country. The 10-year aid program would give Israel up to $40 billion to upgrade its military aircraft and missile defense systems, and to defend against militants in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, and al-Qaida and Islamic State affiliates in Syria and Egypt.

Americans should be marching in the streets, but our congress will unanimously rubber stamp this while the U.S media purposely ignores it. The Feds say they can't afford to provide proper healthcare for our veterans and we can't come up with the money to fix tainted water lines in Flint, but we can send 40 billion dollars to a rich developed nation the size of New Jersey? The crooked politicians, war profiteers and AIPAC lobbyists should all be charged with treason. It's absolutely sickening. :mad:

A now deceased former neighbor served aboard the American naval ship USS LIBERTY when it was attacked in international waters by the State Of Israel. More than thirty sailors were murdered, more than a hundred wounded. He wore his USS Liberty hat everywhere. He, too, thought the billions of dollars given to Israel was "absolutely sickening". Someone in Washington has wet his and her pants after giving the Iranian Muzzies $150 billion to build stuff to bomb Israel and is frightened of loosing the Jewish vote at the General erection so they're trying a bit of quid pro quo but didn't want to go too far in case it offended the same Muzzies. Whatever the reason it's another $170 billion of our tax dollars down the drain.
