The Trump Organization got a restraining order against Daniels to prevent her from speaking to the press about her relationship with Trump, claiming that she is legally prohibited from doing so as part of the Non-Disclosure Agreement she signed in exchange for $130,000.

Despite that, she taped an interview with 60 Minutes, it's ready to air, pending CBS's decision on how to proceed in light of the court order barring her from speaking publicly. They may just air it anyways.

As for your "no concrete details" comment, that is categorically false. We know quite a bit actually about the payoff. In fact, we know pretty much everything about it.
-Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, freely and publicly admits that he paid $130,000 to Stormy Daniels as part of a non-disclosure agreement.
-We know Cohen used a home equity line of credit to get that money.
-We know that Michael Cohen established a company in Delaware called Essential Consultants LLC on October 17, 2016 specifically to facilitate the payment to Stormy Daniels.
-We know that Cohen used his official Trump Organization email account to negotiate the NDA with Daniels' lawyer.
-We know that the bank that Cohen used to wire Daniels the money, First Republic Bank, flagged the $130,000 transaction to the Treasury Department as a "suspicious transaction."
-We know that Stormy Daniels received the wire transfer in the amount of $130,000 on October 27, 2016, just 12 days before the election.
-We know that Cohen used aliases in the non-disclosure agreement in order to further hide the affair: Daniels is referred to therein as "Peggy Peterson" and Donald Trump is referred to as "David Dennison."
-We know that the NDA was signed by Daniels and by Donald Trump's representatives on October 28, 2016. Trump himself did not sign it.
If you're that curious, you can read the full text of the non-disclosure agreement yourself. It's available online. It was included as "Exhibit 1" in Stormy Daniels' lawsuit against Donald Trump, filed earlier this month.
In case you were wondering why she needs money right now, it's to pay her legal expenses as she fights to get out from under the NDA/restraining order. She's claiming they are invalid because 1) Trump never signed the NDA, only his representatives did and 2) Cohen spoke out publicly about the NDA, thus nullifying it [[both parties were required not to talk about its existence). Once she can freely talk to the press, she'll be swimming in cash. Paid interviews, a book deal, she'll make millions.
