CEO of Public Lighting Authority is Out
Odis Jones, the CEO of the Detroit Public Lighting Authority, is no longer with the agency.
Apparently, the back story is that he and Duggan got into a huge fight over something, and they couldn't come to an agreement.

I know the primary [[and probably only) complaint a ton of folks have had about the PLA is that they've been taken away poles on residential streets and leaving them too dark [[despite the fact that they're not reducing lights, and even adding more lights, on main thoroughfares).
Jones was very stubborn when it came to addressing this legitimate concern.

I wonder if that had anything to do with their disagreement?
